Yes, if you've been subscribed for 12 consecutive months, you fully own the website and can keep it even after canceling. We'll provide you with a full backup of your site files and database so you can host it anywhere you like. If you cancel before completing 12 months, ownership remains with Acceros, but you can resume your subscription anytime and pick up where you left off.

That's a one-time fee per page. Once the page is built, it's yours—no recurring charges.

When you sign a contract, either lump sum or subscription, if we cannot design something you are 100% happy with and no longer want to move forward, then we will refund whatever you paid to get started. If we do end up moving forward with building the site, there are no refunds after that point. From then on, refunds are at our discretion.
